There’s perhaps no other community in the entire valley that has evolved and grown as much as Gypsum has in recent years. Home to the Eagle County Regional Airport, Gypsum is not only easily accessible from just about anywhere, its ultra downvalley location also provides convenient access to Glenwood Springs and Aspen.    Gypsum’s motto is to “Live, Work, Play & Be Healthy.” Its outdoor recreational amenities and affordability make it an easy motto for residents to live up to. Gypsum is also home to one of the valley’s two public high schools, Eagle Valley High School.   Historic single-family homes surround the immediate town center, while newer construction is available in several developments around Gypsum Creek and the airport.   If value, accessibility and affordability aren’t enough, the fact that Gypsum is home to a Costco helps it score even higher on the convenience scale.
